Civil weddings are the most popular ceremonies performed on the Island and are held in all of our ceremony locations. The ceremony only lasts for approx 10 minutes. Most couples choose to extend and personalize their wedding ceremony by adding their own vows or by having a friend or family member to read a poem or equivalent.
Vow Renewal ceremonies are becoming very popular. You can use this ceremony to renew your original wedding vows as a personal ceremony with just the two of you attending or celebrating your many years of marriage with friends and family. This ceremony is also excellent for anyone who may have paperwork issues and can have a quick secret legal wedding in the Uk alone and then come to Rhodes for their “Big Fat Greek wedding” with all the guests. You can make your ceremony as personal as you choose by adding readings or your own vows to the Greek ceremony.
